The number one driving force behind me (Josh) setting up Satomi Nishikigoi (SN) is my love for growing on Koi. This being my passion I want to do something special at SN and offer growing on services from as little as £10 a month as well as split payments on the koi of up to 6 months. I get to do what I love and it makes high quality koi affordable for anyone!
Holding vs Growing
I must stress this is a genuine GROWING service. What I mean by this, this is not a holding or over-wintering service as some places offer. These fish will not be sat at ambient temperatures being fed a teaspoon of wheat germ a day hence the £10 a month fee. These koi will be:
Upwards of 23 degrees (every pond at SN has an air source heat pump).
Fed high quality pellet based on their body weight.
Be filtrated by a minimum of 800 litres of K1 per pond & soon to be added custom shower filters.
Water will be changed as I deem necessary using our 15,000 litres of freshwater stored on site constantly ready to go.
I have seen places charging upwards of £50 a month for this.

Guarantee
If anything happens to the Koi the koi will be replaced with credit or another koi of the same value.
Dead on Arrival Policy (DOA)
Once fish have been shipped to you (if you chose this method of receiving your fish) we respectfully ask that you video yourself opening up your box in one continuous video clip. This will act as your DOA guarantee. In the very rare event you open up a fish dead on arrival we will issue a full refund or replacement upon reviewing the video footage. We cannot accept any responsibility for your acclimation of the fish however we will include full instructions on how we recommend to do this.
