Dead on Arrival Policy (DOA)

Once fish have been shipped to you (if you chose this method of receiving your fish) we respectfully ask that you video yourself opening up your box in one continuous video clip. This will act as your Dead On Arrival Guarantee. In the very rare event you open up a fish dead on arrival we will issue a full refund or replacement upon reviewing the video footage. 

Although we cannot take any responsibility for how you acclimate your new fish. Please refer to new koi acclimation page or click here to see how we recommend acclimating your new fish. Again this is how we do it, we cannot take any responsibility once the koi has arrived in good health. In the case of an emergency please ring or message Josh via WhatsApp or text on 07575737037 and he will do his best to help your situation.
